Sensational Saturday

Because of your touching generosity and compassionate hearts, just one hour into this Sensational Saturday, I am already seeing the hands and feet of Christ blessing our family.  We are honored and humbled to have already received $75 in our Paypal account.  I had no idea that God planned to do this.  I've never even met the people who donated.  What a testament to the BODY of Christ.

"This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.  Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!"  -2 Corinthians 9: 12, 15

"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."." -Revelation 4:11

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”- Hebrews 11:6

Thank you for pouring out your blessings to our family.  We are humbled, grateful, and we stand in awe of our great God.

PS  Please do not think for a second that your financial gifts are more important or more appreciated than your prayers.  I will tell you without a shadow of a doubt that we value your prayers more than anything else you could possibly give.  I urge you more than anything else to pray for our precious princess as your top priority.  God always provides, and we are beyond blessed.  I simply set up the ChipIn for those who had inquired about helping us financially.  I am feeling a little concerned that someone out there may misconstrue that ChipIn/donation badge and possibly feel like we're trying to be some kind of twisted internet evangelist begging for money.  I assure you that is NOT the case.  God has always provided for our needs, and He promises in His Word (I think in Matthew 6) that He loves us more than the birds of the air and will meet our needs beyond how He provides for the birds of the air and flowers in the fields.  God does not need the ChipIn to provide for our family; the ChipIn is just a method of organizing a simple way for people to donate who have inquired about it so that I don't have to try to follow up with people's inquiries of how to bless our family.  We are most grateful for your blessings, but please know that we do not  intend in any way to solicit your financial donations.  God always provides; He always has and He always will.

It is a privilege to pray for Chrissie. It is a privilege to be God's hands and feet in providing for your family's needs through a small donation. It isn't easy to be in a position of needing God's provision but it does provide the opportunity to give others the chance to answer God's call to give with a cheerful heart as He leads. Praying for Chrissie's lungs.

God uses His people as instruments to provide for one another. In this case, He is using total strangers to show you His provision for you and your family during this time. God has placed it on the hearts of His people to provide for meals, prayers, and finances. He placed it on my heart earlier in the week to donate financially, and I didn't even have to try to figure out how to get it to you. PRESTO! the button appeared. Sometimes in allowing God to provide for our needs we must humble ourselves and allow Him to provide. I see the "Chip In Button" as an act of obedience and humility.

It's a testimony to me to watch a family act in obedience of adopting this beautiful little girl..and seeing God honor that obedience with His love, compassion, and provision. My faith has been strengthened through your testimony. Thanks for allowing us to walk this journey with you, and to be a part of this great Miracle! God is good!
